The Ponderings of a 4-yr-old...

Emmalie has long kept us amazed and laughing at the things that come out of her mouth. She has hit the stage of constant wonder as she learns even more in preparation to start Kindergarten in the fall. The stuff she comes up with and says has even been known to keep Em in a constant state of GIGGLES for up to 30-minutes at a time:)

Well, we're proud to announce that Emmalie is still keeping us laughing! Tony took her to get ice cream Tuesday after supper. While out on their drive, Emmalie had a question.... it goes a little something like this....

"Daddy!"

"Yes, Emmalie."

"I have a question...?"

"What is that?"

"Do shadows wear underwear?!"

Emmalie then paused for a brief moment to think about how crazy her question sounded, before starting to laugh herself silly! (No kidding! She was still laughing about it when they got home with the ice cream!).

That's the latest words of life from the central plains. (Are you happy now Ang!?!?... LOL). We now have graduation announcements to get out, a party (or two to plan), gymnastics starting, and a few more track meets and baseball tournaments/games to attend before May begins;O
